Wheeler Farm
For the past four years it has been a traditions for the Hettingers to make a trip to Wheeler Farm (or as Wilson has been correcting me Wheelers farm) in the summertime. We pack a lunch for a picnic and look at their cute animals. This year I took advantage of the time and planned a little cousin photo shoot! It was fun for sure and we got a some really cute pictures!
The Helmstetler's
The month of July this year will be a big one for my sister Jenica and her family.

I was able to take their family pictures a few days ago for all their special occasions!

I'm thirty...
When my first nephew was born I was fifteen and I can remember going to see him in the hospital and thinking to myself "when he is fifteen I will be thirty". As a fifteen year old that seemed so far away and I might add that thirty at that point in my life seemed really old.
In that last fifteen years I have...
Graduated from High School
Changed my major 5 times in collage
Met and Married that Love of my life in the Temple!
Graduated from the University of Utah with my bachelors degree
Bought a house
Had my Wilson
Started my Photography Business
Had my Elsie
Sold a house
Went on two cruises
Went to New York
Had 8 jobs (some good, some bad)
Have been a stay at home mom for almost 5 years
Held several different callings (Young Women's being my favorite)
Strangely enough I don't feel sad today like I thought I would be. Turning thirty is just another day in my life. My sweet mother turns 53 this year and she proudly owns her age. I love that! I want to be proud to be thirty. I have accomplished so much in my life so far and I have so much longer to live and so much more to do!
So much of my life is different than I thought it would be by the time I turned thirty (most are different for the better). I never thought I would be the person comfortable enough with themselves to dance to crazy music in public, make up ridiculous songs to teach my kids stuff or make funny faces and sounds just get a smile out of their baby, but I am. I thought that I might be able to actually spell by the time I was thirty, well I still can't. I never thought I would enjoy reading, but I do! At fifteen I never thought I could make conversation with strangers or train entire an entire company on a new product, but I can! The older I get the more I see my own potential and strive to reach it!
As my sweet friend quoted in her blog "I want to be thirty, flirty and thriving!"
My thirty's are going to be awesome!!!!

Sorry
I have always found it so frustrating when I follow someones blog and they stop blogging for a period of time and then come back to write a short description of where they have been. Usually it is because they have moved or something big like that.
Well I have now because that type of person. So a long story in the short version. Most of the time we lived at our house we didn't like it for so many reasons and have looked forward to the day we would move, but because many circumstances it was a thing for the future. The largest reasons was the timing of buying our house was right because housing prices fell drastically. Last fall we decided to refinance for a lower interest rate and discovered that moving wasn't that far off! But maybe a year or so. Well fast forward six months and our friends across the street sold their house in a week and a half for the price they were asking. This gave us hope! After lots of thought and prayer and speaking with real estate agents we put our house up. I knew that we needed the house on the market March 15th so that was our goal. We actually were able to list it about 8:00 pm the 14th. After only 5 or 6 showings within two days we had an offer on the table on March 16th. We were under contract! We had closing on May 3rd! We sold our house!!! While we were lucky to make a little on the sell of our home we still need to save a little more for our next home. So we have moved in with two of Ryan's sister.
We moved a little farther west than our house. The moved was fast and easy! And these girls are so easy to live with. Wilson and Elsie LOVE them and love living here! We are so grateful for their generosity and kindness!
So here are some pictures from my phone!
And that is our catch up for now. My mom has asked me to try to blog once a week to try to journal my kids growing up! I am going to try my hardest!

First Shave
For Valentines day Emaw and Papa (my parents) got Wilson a shaving kit! I wouldn't let Wilson open it until it was bath time that night. All day I heard about how much he wanted to shave. Finally bath time came! I love my little boy. Such a stud!
